What we work on

Being read, constantly.

At the highest level, competence is rarely the question. What senior women navigate is something more particular: being read constantly. In how they enter a room, hold pressure, set direction, and carry responsibility through uncertainty. This studio works with that visibility.

Over three days, a small group of senior women work in real time through conversation, feedback, field experiences, and shared tables. We bring together boardroom judgement, intentional presence, humanistic leadership, and artistic expression.

The work is precise. You examine how your values translate into visible leadership signals. You develop boundaries that protect your integrity and practice the kind of recognition that makes genuine empathy possible, even when the stakes are high.

The aim: authority that is clear, grounded, and fully inhabited. Authority that carries weight and feels unmistakably your own.

Venice has dealt with the constraints of leadership in the most extraordinary way and remained beautiful, unique and true to its own founding values. This is why, over the course of three days, we will deep dive into the Venetian presence. Conversations will unfold across hidden courtyards, workshops, long tables, boats and spaces. The Venice Authority Studio believes that this very unique location provides the different vantage points needed to shift perspectives.

Personal Calibration

Each participant has a personal calibration call of thirty to forty-five minutes — before the studio begins.

During the studio

Three Days in Venice

Applied labs, field experiences, real-time feedback, one high-stakes simulation, shared meals and guided conversations across curated locations.

After the studio

Implementation

Participants join three implementation case sessions and a peer pod for continued momentum, accountability and honest exchange.

We built this studio because it didn’t exist. And we think it should.

We are four practitioners from different disciplines: strategy, neuroaesthetics, humanistic leadership and art. We created this studio because authority needs more than method. It needs judgement, presence, human depth, aesthetic intelligence and the courage to be fully expressed.

Boardroom Readiness Delphine Mousseau

Delphine Mousseau has built and run businesses at a scale most people only advise on. She doubled Tommy Hilfiger’s European e-commerce business and launched it across 22 markets. At Zalando as a VP with a team of 200 she oversaw a €5bn operation across 17 countries. In 2018 she stepped deliberately off the executive track and built something else entirely.

Lisa Maria Pippus works at the intersection of aesthetic psychology, perception and leadership. Trained in fashion in Toronto and Milan, she is the creator of the Visual Language System™ — a framework for understanding how visual choices shape impact and influence before a word is spoken.

Petra Ronzani has spent over fifteen years in senior leadership roles at some of Europe’s most demanding cultural institutions. She now researches humanistic leadership at the University of Hildesheim and works as a mediator and strategic consultant accompanying organisations through transformation and change. Raised in Germany with Italian and Croatian roots, shaped by her studies of Chinese language and culture, she brings deep intercultural intelligence to her work.
